Recap: 2024 Sprout Summer Offsite
We recently spent a few days in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine, for our Annual End-of-Summer Offsite, and it was an awesome experience filled with team bonding, strategic planning, and a little friendly competition!
On Thursday, our managers kicked off the event with a day dedicated to collaboration and planning as we gear up for several new projects and a busy Q4.
The rest of the team joined on Friday, and despite the rainy weather keeping us off the beach, things heated up with a friendly (but intense) foosball tournament! We enjoyed Happy Hour at Barnacle Billy’s in Perkins Cove, and the day concluded with our annual potluck dinner, where we feasted on lobster, steak, and a variety of delicious homemade dishes contributed by the team.
On Saturday, we visited Grain Surfboards and attended the Surf Re-Evolution event, diving into surf culture and craftsmanship. We then explored downtown Ogunquit, wrapping up the day with dinner at the historic Leavitt Theater, followed by drinks at The Front Porch Piano Bar.
Offsites have long been a key part of Sprout culture, offering us the chance to connect, collaborate, and reflect outside the studio walls. We’re already looking forward to next year’s adventure!
