“After spending two decades navigating the design industry at a corporate and consultancy level, I founded Sprout Studios in 2001 because I wanted to assemble a team of designers who are excited to wake up every day and use their skills collectively to make the world a better place. Simply put, to make the future of brands, products, and experience every day and have an epic time doing it. What started as a nights-and-weekends gig has grown into a multidisciplinary design studio that employs over 30 designers, yet the culture of Sprout remains the same.

When you join the team at Sprout, you’re joining a group of designers that share a passion for creative problem solving, that values collaboration and encourages a culture of candor, and that respects one another and the unique skills we each have to offer. We only commit to clients and projects that share a common ethos. Sprout continues to be independently owned and believes in organizational transparency, where everyone has the same seat at the table and everyone is treated with respect.”
