From Our Founder: A Letter of Gratitude

Dear Sprout Studios Community,
As we enter this season of gratitude, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone who makes Sprout Studios what it is today. It’s been ten years since our first full-time hire, Matt Bettencourt, joined us as Director of Industrial Design, and this month we also celebrate Creative Director Ryan O’Donnell’s fifth year with us, with more milestones to come in the year ahead. From our dedicated long-term team members to the interns who bring fresh energy to our team, each of you plays a pivotal role. A special shoutout to our new COO, Dan Reilly—your leadership has brought a renewed focus, and things at Sprout are truly starting to hum.

I’m also deeply grateful for our amazing, like-minded clients. Your trust and vision inspire us to push boundaries and grow as a design studio. It’s a privilege to partner with you and see our collaborations come to life. I’m constantly reminded of how fortunate we are to work with such inspiring individuals and companies.

Beyond the work, I want to acknowledge the unwavering support of our families and friends. Their encouragement and belief in us mean the world, especially as we navigate times of growth and change. With so much happening around us, it’s a grounding reminder to stay the course, surround ourselves with good people, and embrace each day with gratitude. Thank you all for being part of this journey.
