Build My Kubota

Kubota USA partnered with Sprout to bring its expansive product portfolio to life through Build My Kubota (BMK), an interactive configurator designed to simplify the buying journey. With hundreds of tractors, RTVs, and accessories available, customers often faced uncertainty and friction when trying to visualize their purchase. For dealers and vendors, it was equally impractical to carry inventory that represented every possible combination of models and accessories. Sprout was tasked with creating a massive library of photorealistic CGI assets capable of powering thousands of configurations at scale. The result was more than a visualization tool; it became a sales enablement engine that strengthens customer confidence, operational efficiency, and Kubota’s competitive positioning.

Sprout collaborated closely with Kubota’s engineering, marketing, and product design teams to establish a streamlined visualization workflow. We began by conducting on-site sessions at Kubota’s Texas headquarters to review product samples, capture reference imagery, and align on CAD preparation. Together, we created a unified proofing and approval system that brought cross-departmental teams into a single workflow, reducing bottlenecks and ensuring accuracy from engineering data to final imagery.
