NXT Product Portfolio

Introducing NXT Technologies, a collaborative project with our long-time client Staples. The NXT line includes USB chargers and cables, power banks, headsets, and more, developed to address modern work-life integration challenges.  

We spent time carefully auditing the existing market and competitive brands to execute a clean, minimalist line of consumer electronics products. Our process included team learning from primary and secondary research, and iterative reviews with key stakeholders to fine-tune how each product segment would respond to the brand’s near-term and long-range road maps. The design language was purpose-built to compete with premium products in retail, e-commerce, and commercial channels.

Sprout also assisted with designing NXT’s packaging system, which went on to be recognized on DesignRush’s Best of Packaging list. Leveraging a variety of print tests and techniques, we developed packaging that is consistent throughout the brand and our visualization team developed 3D renderings and on-pack graphics to increase visibility on store shelves. 

NXT products are available now in-store and online, as part of Staples’ private-label effort to be a go-to brand for all things office supplies.
